We are hiring 2X Senior Project Managers to lead complex,
- region client executions across EMEA. These roles will support different strategic accounts and offer the opportunity to work on

- paced environments and bring a strategic mindset to every phase of project delivery. Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Business, Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or related industry) and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including
- scale,
- region projects across EMEA.

Candidates without a degree in a directly related field are expected to demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant project management experience in similar environments.

Proven experience in
- facing roles and managing
- functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Smartsheet, Share
Point, SAP, Salesforce).

Authorized to work in the EMEA region.

Desired Skills and Experience

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Experience in the furniture, design, or workplace solutions industry.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Multilingual (English required; German, French, or Spanish is a plus).

Willingness to travel across EMEA.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead
-
- end project delivery for
- scale,
- country client accounts—from design and quoting to logistics and installation.

Act as the primary
- facing contact, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Manage project milestones, risks, and installation schedules using tools like Smartsheet and Share
Point.

Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practice sharing across regions.

Support strategic account planning with insights from project performance.
