Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Belgrade (Serbia), Bucharest (Romania), or Riga (Latvia)
Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tailor visual design and user experience to reflect the company’s brand and identity.
- Select and provide
- demand products or services customized to meet the preferences of the target audience. - Modify content and offerings to resonate with specific regional or demographic needs, enhancing engagement and relevance.
- Manage complete project lifecycles, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality criteria.
- Coordinate with various departments to align objectives, establish timelines, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee the deployment and implementation of systems or infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders by managing communication, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
- Monitor project status, recognize potential risks early, and apply effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Around 10 years of project management experience, including 2–3 years in senior or leadership roles.
- Experience handling large and complex projects across various industries (specific sector experience is not required).
- Ability to manage a balance of responsibilities: approximately 30% people management, 50% project/delivery oversight, and 10–15% focus on process improvement.
- Proven capability to simultaneously manage teams and project outcomes.
- Practical experience throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or product development process, coupled with operational delivery.
- Strong communication,
- solving, and collaboration skills, with the aptitude to work effectively across
- functional teams and external partners.
