Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and pipelines;
• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from system requirements and use cases;
• Implement test strategy and test coverage reviews in agile and Dev
  Ops environments;
• Execute automated test campaigns for End2End, regression, smoke, performance, and reliability testing;
• Identify, track, and manage defects using standard tools (e. g. , JIRA, IBM CLM (Doors);
• Collaborate with developers, system architects, and product owners to clarify requirements and improve testability;
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to process improvements across the QA organization;
• Prepare and present quality metrics, test reports, and product readiness assessments to leadership;
• Respect and uphold information security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field;
• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent);
• 5+ years of experience in software/system testing, with at least 3 years in automation;
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, Javascript, or equivalent;
• Proven experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, Test
  NG, or similar;
• Familiarity knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and Dev
  Ops practices;
• Solid understanding of
  - level testing,
  - based testing, and test coverage analysis;
• Experience testing REST APIs, cloud platforms, or distributed architectures;
• Experience with test planning, defect reporting, and documentation tools (e. g. , IBM CLM, Jira, Confluence);
• Familiarity Agile frameworks;
• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision;
• Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success;
• Readiness to travel internationally (EU);
• Preferred Certifications (e. g. , ISTQB or similar);
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e. g. , DOORS).
