Project details
Own full-cycle tech hiring for our Bucharest-based office. Your goal is to partner with the company in a mutual effort to achieve ambitious goals and take us to the next level. Responsibilities
- Run intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers; clean ATS and accurate reporting.
- Source beyond LinkedIn: X-ray/boolean, communities, referrals, events, your network.
- Write outreach that converts; negotiate offers to “yes. ”
- Automate screening/scheduling/pipeline tasks with AI; test new tools and share wins.
- Do market/skills/salary research; set expectations with hiring managers.
- Report progress/risks on time; drive a structured, fast process.
- Learn continuously; document playbooks and improve processes.
Skills
- 3+ yrs full-cycle tech recruiting; history of hard-to-fill wins.
- Best month ≥5 mid/senior hires; ~80%+ offer acceptance.
- Strong sourcing (X-ray/advanced Boolean) and sourcing tools fluency.
- Hands-on with AI tools, sourcing platforms, smart ATS, and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal English (emails, briefs, client comms).
- Negotiation strength: personable, persistent, team-minded.
- Treat urgency seriously—timely feedback isn’t optional.
