We’re looking for a seasoned Senior SDR to drive
- impact,
- based outreach within the cybersecurity and identity space. This role requires deep familiarity with complex technical buyers and the ability to build meaningful engagement with engineering teams before, during, and after the sales process. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategic outbound programs, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales and technical teams.
What will you do:
- Develop and execute
- based outreach strategies for
- value target accounts, leveraging personalized campaigns and
- channel engagement. - Conduct
- depth research on prospects’ security environments and businesses to tailor messaging and increase relevance. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to align outbound activity with overall

- market strategy. - Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, uncovering business and technical pain points to ensure high conversion to opportunity.
- Track outreach activity and results in CRM, providing accurate reporting and insights to optimize pipeline performance.
- Partner with the Sales Engineering team to ensure smooth handoffs and an outstanding prospect experience.
- Continuously refine outreach tactics based on data, feedback, and market intelligence.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of SDR experience in the cybersecurity or identity space, consistently exceeding pipeline creation goals.
- Proven success with
- based sales development and building pipelines within complex enterprise environments. - Comfortable engaging and building trust with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
- Strong research and personalization skills to craft compelling outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Outreach, Linked
In Sales Navigator, etc. ). - Collaborative mindset and ability to work
- functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. - Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks, online threat landscapes, and technical buyer personas.
