Senior Sales Incentive Specialist
As a Senior Sales Incentive Specialist at Honeywell, you will be a key player in the development and execution of sales incentive programs that enhance our sales team's performance. You will help ensure accurate commission calculations, provide insights for optimization, and collaborate with various departments to align incentives with company goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Senior Director, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our sales strategies by analyzing sales data to ensure we are accurately paying the sales team on time. You will assist with tracking sales performance and make suggestions for incentive improvements that motivate high performance and drive sales results. With your
