IF YOU ARE

A Senior Backend Engineer with around 5 years of experience with Scala, functional, and
- oriented programming patterns

Skilled in building and maintaining distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures

Comfortable delivering within existing architectures and aligning to the current technical direction

Detail-oriented and methodical in development and documentation

Effective in translating business requirements into technical solutions

Fluent in English and highly collaborative in
- functional teams

AND YOU WANT TO

Contribute directly to a scoped backend initiative with focused deliverables

Develop reliable and maintainable Scala services aligned with team practices

Guide conversations with engineers and product stakeholders to refine scope and implementation

Apply thoughtful testing and documentation to ensure system stability and maintainability

Align your work with platform conventions and integrate cleanly into established ecosystems

Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and
- focused technical discussions
