English (advanced) Scrum Master (advanced) Agile (advanced) Responsibilities Promote Agile/Scrum approach and contribute to generate a positive environment where the Development Team can perform at its best
Foster the alignment between Business and IT to ensure an efficient and effective delivery
Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Provide insightful info on the activities to ensure KPI and performances monitoring Qualifications Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Experience in managing highly complex projects to grant their delivery on time
Scrum master/Agile certification is a must
Highly developed communication, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and coaching skills
Problem-solving and
- resolution ability
Fluent in English, written and spoken
SAFe certification / experience will be a plus
