Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
- Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) Service
Now applications and services. - Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Implements Security Incident Response
- Implements Service
Now GRC module and Business Continuity Module - Administration, configuration and customization of existing Service
Now modules. - Adapting existing Service
Now modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs. - Developing integrations.
- Writing documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Service
Now development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions. - Proven experience as a Service
Now implementation, with a focus on Security Incident Response and Sec
Ops. - Is Service
Now Certified Security Incident Response Implementation Specialist. - Expertise in Service
Now Discovery, ITOM, Service Mapping & Security Module. - Strong understanding of relational databases
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
- Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems
- Proficiency in Java
Script, HTML, and CSS is a plus. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
