SENIOR SOC ANALYST

My client is a global leader in office equipment technology.

A salary in the region of £k is on offer.

I'm seeking on behalf of my client, a Senior SOC Analyst to lead their Managed Endpoint Detection and Response Service, which they plan to expand into a Managed Detection and Response service.

The ideal candidate should be versatile enough to perform multiple roles within the SOC, particularly in the earlier stages before the team and workload grows.

Thus, the candidate should be willing to occasionally take on tasks that may fall below the level of seniority (level 3) requested for the role.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to interact with clients during sales activities and in the event of incidents, requiring fluency in English.

The candidate should have several years of experience working in various SOC roles, including Analyst, Threat Hunter, Incident Handler, and SOC Leader.

The key responsibilities of this position include threat hunting, investigating, analysing, and responding to cyber threats/incidents, leading teams and clients during incident handling, determining the cause of security incidents, creating SOC procedures and technical documentation, training and coaching other SOC team members, and providing inputs for service improvement.
