We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across tech and GTM roles.

You’ll be a true partner to the business—sourcing top talent, optimising process, and delivering quality hires fast. If you love the pace of scale-ups and thrive on variety, we’d love to hear from you!

? What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across tech + non-tech (GTM, ops, engineering, etc. )
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire

? What You Bring:

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment (ideally in tech/startups)
• Based in Bucharest
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
