Senior Talent Recruiter with French
An exciting and rare opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team as Senior Talent Recruiter for France, based in Bucharest. Reporting into the European Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will drive end-to-end, full cycle recruiting. Combining commercial acumen with a warm, human approach, this role is about finding and connecting with talent who are a great fit, while elevating hiring manager capability and championing an outstanding candidate experience.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Deep Business Partnership & Market Connectedness: Build trusted, consultative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to stay closely aligned to the culture, strategy, and workforce plans.
- Consultative Advisor & Challenger: Bring a “consultant” mindset—advising on profiles, assessment, and selection; constructively challenging assumptions; and proposing creative, scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and diversity of hire.
- Direct Sourcing & Tools: Prioritise direct sourcing to meet current and future needs, leveraging our platforms and tools to nurture talent pools.
- Pipeline Building, EVP & ED&I: Proactively map the market, cultivate external partnerships, and create pipelines for critical roles; collaborate across the TA team to share diverse talent, supporting a “one team” approach to ED&I.
- Insights to Action & Capability Building: Turn data and market insights into action and best practice sharing.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Fluent English and French—At least C1 level, written and verbal speaking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement—clear communication, strong facilitation, and the confidence to influence, educate, and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Proven full cycle recruiting expertise, with emphasis on direct sourcing and pipelining, gained in an inhouse TA function and/or a recruitment agency environment.
- Data savvy, market insight skills—able to use labour market data, competitive intel, and funnel analytics to shape sourcing strategies and stakeholder decisions.
- Drives results with creativity—a pragmatic problem solver who thinks outside the box.
