A high degree of technical background in Ad
Tech platforms is strongly preferred. You will become the technology and product advocate on behalf of the publishers, manage resolution of critical technical incidents, and educate our customers on how to use our products to maximum value gain. In addition, you will assist in growing the business by
- boarding new audio publisher customers and project managing technical integrations to deploy Ads

- up culture. This position will be based in Bucharest, Romania with occasional business travel to visit our European partners. What you’ll do: Manage a handful of our most strategic VIP customers, ensuring a ‘customer first’ approach to achieve adoption of Ads
Wizz tools and growth of our partners digital audio business. Be key in the preparation and delivery of VIP customer quarterly business reviews and ensure agreed actions are processed. Work with internal teams (support, product, engineering etc. ) to ensure your VIP customers voice is heard within the Ads
Wizz organization. Be an expert on the Ads
Wizz supply side platform while understanding its unique position and the value it affords to our supply partners. Drive
- boarding of new partners including business requirement definition, technical briefing and product deployment specifications, project launch plan creation, acceptance validation and product delivery project management Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development, Product and Operations Management, and publishers to ensure
- readiness
- launch Act as a point of contact for customer product and operational change management, post product delivery. Be a product liaison covering roadmap, releases, and feature requests between our product team and publishers. Monitor key technical and business metrics, share insights and analytics to partners/customers and internal stakeholders. Help facilitate various work streams from both a product and commercial perspective. Manage P1 system incident escalation, communicate status and resolution to partners/customers in collaboration with Global Tech Support and Operations team. Support quarterly business account reviews with partners/customers and internal executive teams. What you’ll need: Entrepreneurial, a
- starter Strong organizational, process and analytical skills. Detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal communicator (written and verbal) skills, especially in client services context Deeply interested in the advertising technology industry Capable of establishing a trusting relationship with the client, ultimately becoming a strategic advisor Able to handle work in a
- paced environment and to work with international teams Open and flexible to execute tasks at every level Applicants must have a good sense of humor and sound judgment Experienced working with remote operations and R&D team a plus Fluency in English (with a second European language a big advantage) 5+ years of related Account/Client Services, Technical Consulting and/or Sales Engineering experience in advertising technology is required 2+ years of involvement with VAST, Open
RTB, and verification/measurement vendors Understanding of SDKs and ad format (i. e. audio; video) encoding a plus Proven project management experience with platforms involved in the direct sales and programmatic ecosystem (i. e. SSPs, DSPs; ad servers) Superior analytical skills and experience with analytic investigation through gathering of large data set to identify and explains trends or patterns Works well against deadlines and has a clear understanding of how to estimate a project and lead it to completion A professional and positive demeanor when dealing with internal and external personnel A proven track record of business successes Excellent combination of operational, technical support, and business awareness with a consultative mindset.
