The Senior Test Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a
- team automated testing strategy that ensures
- quality delivery across functional,
- functional, security, and regulatory dimensions. The consultant will work closely with multiple teams to define quality standards, track KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement of the testing practice.

Key Activities

• Design and maintain a
  - team automated test strategy, covering both functional and
  - functional testing.

• Ensure the test strategy adheres to security, accessibility, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.

• Oversee and drive the implementation of automated testing frameworks and processes.

• Ensure consistent test coverage and apply risk-based prioritization across test activities.

• Define and maintain quality gates to support continuous improvement and controlled releases.

• Define, track, and report quality KPIs to ensure measurable progress and transparency.

Mandatory Certifications

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (or equivalent certification).
  This certification is mandatory and must be held by the key personnel performing the service.

Language Requirements

• The consultant must have English proficiency at level B2 or higher (CEFR), both spoken and written.

Required Experience

The services must be delivered by a Senior Test Manager with the following minimum experience:

• 7 years designing and writing test strategies specifically tailored for automation, covering both functional and
  - functional testing.

• 7 years executing and reporting on automated test scripts using frameworks such as Playwright, Type
  Script-based automation, Selenium Web
  Driver, or similar.

• 3 years of testing experience in cloud environments.

• 3 years working with JIRA for managing test cycles and automation requirements (using Zephyr, Xray, or similar plugins).

• 3 years of
  - on experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev
  Ops Pipelines, etc. ).
