• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
• Manage SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
• Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) for user management, authentication, and group policies.
• Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Share
  Point, and Teams.
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows systems with network services.
• Manage and maintain Hyper-V based virtualization platforms.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including system hardening and configuration standards, to comply with PCI-DSS framework.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power
  Shell to streamline administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
• Work closely with other IT teams to support
  - functional projects and initiatives.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and
  - based identity management solutions.
• Strong networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware.
• Advanced Power
  Shell scripting skills for automation and configuration management.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and implementation of security hardening.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices.
• Strong
  - solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, or Office 365 certifications, are highly desirable.
• Fluent in English is mandatory
