Required Technical Skill Set

• Expertise on ITIL Tools (Service
  Now, Remedy, Zira, Genesys, etc. )
  
  
• Strong experience in Onboarding, offboarding, and Break-fix support experience related to imaging/Installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of endpoint devices including Windows and Mac
  OS systems, printers, and mobile devices via SCCM, Intune, Administration portals, and remote support tools.
  
  
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools for desktop/laptop issues, application support, password resets/unlocks, and basic network troubleshooting.
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), VPN, email systems, and Mobile device Management.
  
  
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc. ).
  
  
• Use
  - solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical issues.
  
  
• Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose computer error messages and failures.
  
  
• Experience working in a
  - paced work environment and ability to multitask well.
  
  
• Experience in VIP support.
  
  
• Asset management experience.
  
  
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base.
  
  
• Proficient in collaborating optimally with a larger team and also having the ability to work alone.
  
  
• Flexible for scheduling.
  
  
• Ability to efficiently work onsite and also remote.
  
  
• ITIL Foundation Certification and best practices proficiency are desired.
  
  
• Proficient in Romanian and English language.
