Short Description

We are seeking an experienced Service
Now HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Service
Now HRSD module for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Service
Now's HRSD capabilities, as well as strong technical and consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Service
  Now HRSD or similar HR service delivery platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
• Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  Nice to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Service
  Now System Administrator or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e. g. , Java
  Script, Python) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Service
  Now HRSD to meet their HR service delivery needs.
• Configure and customize the Service
  Now HRSD module, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations with other HR systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for HR service delivery processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and case management.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on the Service
  Now HRSD module and related processes.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Map currently existing processes and translate them into Service
  Now configuration.
• Advise on Service
  Now configuration.
• Stay
  -
  - date with the latest Service
  Now HRSD features and updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
