About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate operational services delivered by AIDA across cloud and
- premise environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring
- quality service management across Local Markets and Group Functions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and automation. The individual will lead geographically distributed teams and drive the evolution of service operations towards a
- touch strategy.
What you will do
