& Requirements Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; 

1-3 years of experience in Service
Now development;

Experience in maintaining Service
Now applications and components;

Understanding Service
Now best practices;

Experience in Service
Now Integration Hub and experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON;

Proficiency in Java
Script and Service
Now scripting;

Experience with software collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, etc;

Service
Now certification(s) is a plus (CSA, CAD, CIS);

Proven
- solving and analytical abilities;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Your future role

Work independently and as part of a team with other Deloitte colleagues at all levels;

Interact with clients on a regular basis through
-
- face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client's processes and business problems;

Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution;

Ensure
-
- date awareness of Service
Now Platform capabilities and their interaction with existing and future platform components.

Developing across the Service
Now stack (e. g. Mobile, Portal, Workspace) 

Implement and maintain different Service
Now modules and
- party integrations;

Responsible for unit testing and
-
- end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment across
- production and production environments;

Create the technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation and release notes.
