Role responsibilities:
Platform Development and Configuration:
Now modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), App
Engine, Custom Applications, and Service Portal.
Script, Glide API) to optimize functionality and enhance user experience through automation.
Now best practices.
Integration and Reporting:
- tune system performance to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
Now integrations and develop new ones with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
