Now Engineer

We are looking for a Service
Now Engineer to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients, a Big Four professional services network present in over 150 countries. You’ll be part of a team designing and delivering sustainable Service
Now ITOM solutions, ensuring
- level integration, architecture, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Script in Service
  Now using Java
  Script (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages)
• Integrate 3rd party monitoring tools with Service
  Now ITOM Health / Predictive AIOps
• Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MOM implementations (customization, integrations, upgrades)
• Troubleshoot networking and event data, ensuring system stability and performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience with Service
  Now and Event Management
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping (preferred)
• Proficiency in Java
  Script, JSON, Power
  Shell, Unix/Linux scripting
• Knowledge of SNMP traps, MIBs/OIDs, and networking basics
• Strong English communication skills
