Schedule: Full-time
Note: This is a 4-month
- time paid internship. At the end, the successful internship participants will have the possibility to become
- time employees. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or Master’s student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;• Good understanding of Java
Script / Type
Script; any exposure to HTML and CSS;• Interest in learning about ITIL processes and Service
Now platform functionalities;• Basic experience or willingness to learn working with integrations using Web Services (ex: REST);• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to enhance communication skills through interactions with clients;• Proficiency in English. Your future role You will:• Gain experience by participating in
- world projects involving the Service
Now platform. • Learn about developing across the Service
Now stack, including areas like Portal, HRSD, ITAM and ITSM• Assist in creating integrations using Web Services (REST, Integration
Hub) and collaborate on
- based transfers;• Understand user requirements and contribute to building solutions in Service
