Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client challenges and design tailored Service
Now-based solutions that address specific business needs

Lead
- facing discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and product demo sessions to explore and validate solution approaches

Design solution architectures,
- level technical designs, and implementation roadmaps that align with customer requirements and strategic objectives

Develop compelling technical content for proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and Proofs of Concept to support the
- sales process

Provide expert guidance on Service
Now platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies to ensure scalable and
- proof solutions

Stay current with the evolving Service
Now product roadmap and incorporate new features and innovations into client solution strategies

Create and maintain reusable demo environments,
- specific accelerators, and other technical assets to streamline delivery and enhance client engagement

Qualifications
Qualifications

You have 3 - 5+ years of
- on experience with the Service
Now platform in consulting, architecture, or
- sales roles

You are passionate about designing impactful Service
Now solutions that improve enterprise workflows, drive efficiency, and create real business value

You bring certified expertise and certified knowledge of key Service
Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine - ideally holding Certified Implementation Specialist or Architect credentials

You excel at translating complex business processes into scalable Service
Now workflows and technical designs, and you’re experienced working in enterprise environments or with leading Service
Now partners

A Service
Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required (or should be actively pursued); a Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is considered a strong plus

Your working method is defined by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You are confident speaking both the language of IT and business, enabling you to guide clients effectively from initial discovery to final delivery with clarity and confidence

Things to know before departure:

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and th of the month

Working hours: full-time (h); vacation days

Employment contract: Unlimited

Line of work: Consulting

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken in English, German is a big plus

Flexibility & willingness to travel

Other: a valid work permit
