Job summary

You will provide operational support and for the PAS infrastructure, handling incidents and processing service request. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS Level 1 support, delivering
- level input into operational improvements, and maintaining

- date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes, focusing on service improvement.
