Point Specialist

Location: Bucharest (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week
- site)

We are seeking an experienced Share
Point Specialist to lead and deliver a major migration project for one of our clients, transitioning existing Share
Point 2010/2013 environments to the latest On-Premises Share
Point Subscription Edition (SPSE) platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong Share
Point architectural knowledge with
- on expertise in migration, customization and integration, ensuring a seamless and modernized collaboration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute
  -
  - end migrations from Share
  Point

  2010/2013 to 2016/2019/SPSE.

• Assess and analyze existing environments, including content databases, workflows, and custom solutions, to define optimal migration paths.
• Refactor or rebuild custom Share
  Point components such as Web Parts, Workflows, and integrations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to performance, authentication, and compatibility throughout the migration process.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and operational procedures.
• Provide
  - migration support, including user training and enhancement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Share
  Point On-Premises administration and development.

• Proven track record managing mid to
  - scale Share
  Point migrations (2010/2013 2016/2019/SPSE).
• Strong understanding of ASP. NET, Share
  Point Designer, and Info
  Path.
• Experience integrating Share
  Point with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Share
  Gate or Metalogix.
• Excellent
  - solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive,
  - oriented approach.
