Position Description:

We are seeking a Siebel Support Specialist to provide Level 2 and 3 application support for CRM-related systems. The role involves incident analysis, issue resolution, and close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for a Siebel Application in Banking Industry

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel Workflows, Business Components, Integration Objects, EAI and e
Script

• Very closely with business users representatives, developers and infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve incidents

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement
- term fixes for recurring issues

• Participate in
- call support and
- end maintenance activities as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Strong knowledge of Siebel on DEV/Configuration area

• Understanding of Oracle/DB2/SQL databases, Siebel Data Model

• Knowledge of the Siebel Product Configurator and Siebel Open UI

• Experience in troubleshooting Siebel EAI (Web Services, MQ, REST)

• Good level of French
