Purpose and Scope:

Manages all operational, administrative and life support functions and activities at the designated site. Directs the accomplishment of
- specific program goals and monitors and reports their achievement. Manages an operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in performance of contract responsibilities. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and program ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

years management experience in related type programs is acceptable in lieu of an undergraduate degree.
