Requirements and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake.
• Optimize data storage and query performance within the Snowflake environment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to gather and understand data requirements.
• Monitor and maintain Snowflake account health and performance.
• Develop and execute data integration processes from various sources.
• Document data architectures, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with Snowflake updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Configure Snowflake environments for both internal product and external client platforms.
• Configure and manage access controls, user roles, and permissions for
- hosted Snowflake environments to support product operations.
• Transition ownership of configuration, access control, and administrative tasks of Snowflake environments to designated teams following UAT and production handover.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Snowflake and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Excellent analytical and
- solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or
- based data warehousing.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices.
