Bucharest Stock Exchange is looking for a candidate to join the IT Division - Market Data Processing team as C# applications developer with MS SQL skills. ︇︊︅︇︇︂︉︅​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

Job Responsibilities:

• Participating at development, administration and maintenance of BVB applications including web platforms and market data dissemination systems;
• Applications development and maintenance (web based, desktop apps);
• Ensure scalability, performance and security of applications;
• Development and administration of webservices to support various business requirements;
• Development of services to deliver information packages to market data clients;
• Development of applications and services for reporting purposes;
• Working with data integration from multiple data sources including internal and 3rd party data;
• Creation and maintenance of MS SQL routines, writing ad-hoc queries for various reporting requirements;
• Creation/tuning of views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support business logic and application requirements;
• Involvement in the entire cycle of software app development: process analysis, defining technical specs, implementation, unit & integration testing.

Job Requirements:

Formal education: bachelor’s degree in IT related field.

Primarily on-site role: availability to work from the office is required.

Technical skills:

• Programming languages, technologies: Microsoft. Net Framework (4+); C#;
• Web development: Microsoft ASP. NET Web Forms, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, (HTML 5, AngularJS it’s a plus);
• Development environment: Visual Studio;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2014+), proficiency in T-SQL (DBA it’s a plus);
• Operating systems: Windows;
• Web services: ASMX, ASP. NET Web API (REST), XML, JSON;
• Desktop applications: Windows Forms;
• Version Control: VisualSVN (it’s a plus).

Personal skills:

• At least 5 years of similar professional experience;
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good analytical skills:

• The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy;
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
• Capacity to work in a dynamic environment;
• Team player skills.
