THE OFFER We’re looking for talented individuals to join our internal software house - independent team located in our main office (Koneser) in Warsaw. We specialize in online deliverables, web applications, and advanced automation solutions based on Microsoft Azure, that serve our clients distributed around the globe (mainly other, international teams and employees). Because we are given responsibility for our products, we constantly improve it, redesign it, and refactor its parts. Quality is important for us - we don’t push code just to meet deadlines and be done with it. We enjoy a lot of freedom in making technical decisions and choosing our own tools. Our development process is based on Scrum, but we modify it to suit our needs. We work in a flat structure and an informal atmosphere based on mutual trust and close collaboration. As our number of projects is growing, we’re looking for talented developers full of initiative and motivation.
