Salary: 12. 000 - 17. 000 RON net per month

• You'll be part of our new Bucharest engineering team (4-5 people), building the Mindbots Platform.
• Build core platform infrastructure that redefines how AI agents collaborate
• Design and implement intelligent systems that push AI beyond current limitations
• Own features end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy
• Work with clear specs and requirements, not vague requests
• Ship real products that customers use - not experiments or demos
• Hybrid setup with shared workspace. Small team, no bureaucracy. You work directly with leadership, no middle management.
• Tech: Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Flutter/Dart, AWS, Docker, Terraform. AI tools (Cursor IDE) mandatory. No prior Python/Flutter required - the stack is a means to an end.
