We’re seeking a Software Engineering Manager/Team Lead for a
- performance development team within our Product Analytics organization, focused on managing the software, hardware, and data produced by industrial testers at scale.  

You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators.  

You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions, and constantly look for new ways to bring more efficiency to the support for the team.
