We are looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to strengthen our team and support our clients in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring the integrity of digital assets. In this role, you will monitor security tools, analyze incidents, and respond to cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is embedded into all aspects of IT operations and software development.

Education & General Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CEH) are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and structured way of working
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

? Technical Skills

• Several years of experience in IT security incident management
• Proficiency with security tools such as:
• SIEM (e. g. , Splunk Enterprise Security)
• EDR solutions
• Email security
• Vulnerability scanners
• Network analysis tools
• Solid knowledge of scripting/programming (e. g. , Python, Bash)

Location and Work Model

Our offices are located in Timisoara, Romania, and we support hybrid work (home office possible up to 2 days/week).
