Job Title: Solar Inverter Business Development Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategic sales directions aligned with both customer needs and Huawei’s objectives.
- Oversee sales operations, project delivery, and customer relationship development across Romania.
- Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish Huawei as a leader in the alternative energy sector.
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with inverter manufacturers, developers, and general contractors.
- Identify and secure key projects, ensuring successful site trials, customer breakthroughs, and satisfaction.
- Develop and expand client relationships while driving market share growth.
- Lead project teams, promote Huawei’s core values, and foster continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the Energy, Electrical, or Electronics field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the energy sector; experience with solar inverters and direct client interaction is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
- Success-oriented; management experience is essential
- Comfortable with frequent business travel and working in a dynamic,
- paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration
- A keen affinity for technical products
- Fluent in English and Romanian
