Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects in the manufacturing industry, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to enhance product development and streamline processes.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the technical capabilities of team members and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in technical management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong
  - solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
