Position: Sportsbook Content Operator

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply localized sports, leagues, and events selection across all our operations following the local regulatory restrictions.
• Keep track of the sports calendar and new competitions to ensure that fast adjustments are made.
• Implement a feeds quality driven content selection according to the odds providers data mapping.
• Benchmark our main competitors, and conduct gap and competitiveness analysis.
• Measure content popularity against customers’ cohorts to ensure the relevance of our offering.

Ensure a continuous quality control of the proposed content

• Report on content inefficiencies and identified improvements area.
• Work closely with the trading teams and feed specialist ensuring that content guidelines are applied according to the providers’ mapping.
• Communicate with the relevant stakeholders with any change request identified.
• Monitor events mapping, downtimes, and suspensions to optimize customer experience.

Ensure the relevance of operations content following a data driven approach

• Ensure the attractiveness of our operations by highlighting the most popular sports, leagues and events.
• Manage localized sports calendars to ensure that all key events are made available to customers.
• Work closely with Player Experience and CRM teams to propose relevant retention offers following the budget and risk guidelines.

Requirements:

• Your life revolves around sports, you would not miss a Champions League or World Cup match.
• Every detail counts for you. A spelling or grammar error irritates you.
• You are familiar with the gambling and sports betting world.
• You are obsessed with data, and results focused.
• You are autonomous and

• You can handle stress and are open to criticism.
• You have an ethical and analytical mind and a sense of priorities.
• Efficient with Office Suite
• Fluent in English - French knowledge is a plus
