As a Sr Operational Excellence Analyst here at Honeywell, you will drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience by collaborating with
- functional teams to optimize processes. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Timis location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office + 2 days from home).

In this role, you will impact driving operational excellence, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the organization delivers a
- class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization.

Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with
- functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.

Become proficient with platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create clear charts and dashboards that communicate data insights effectively.

Develop a basic understanding of statistical methods to interpret data and build robust models for forecasting and
- making.

Execute the usage of dashboards and reports using AI-powered tools to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for leadership to drive decision making.

YOU MUST HAVE

3 years of experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and
- solving skills.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate and influence
- functional teams.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work in a

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence.
