The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer I, ideally with a Fin
Tech background, to join our team. You’ll work on designing new features, optimising performance, and improving scalability—while keeping quality, security, and maintainability front and centre. This is a
- on role that combines problem-solving, technical excellence, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code.

Solve challenging bugs and production issues in complex environments.

Analyse problems in depth, evaluate multiple solutions, and implement the best approach.

Drive improvements across the full development lifecycle.

Ensure applications deliver the highest performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Collaborate with Product Managers, QAs, SREs, and stakeholders to shape product vision.

Work closely with teams across the globe, understanding their needs and building shared solutions.

Support your peers, mentor junior developers, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in web application development.

Experience building scalable, performant, and reliable distributed systems.

Skilled in TDD, BDD, and CI/CD best practices.

Strong understanding of OOP and relational databases.

Proven ability to work effectively in
- functional teams.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in Fin
Tech or payments (preferred).

A fast learner with a passion for delivering
- quality code.
