Inviting applications for the role Stock & Order Management Specialist -Senior Process Associate- Hungarian- Hybrid Bucharest

Purpose of Role

Secure the first time right by mitigating potential risks and ensuring proper allocation of available stock

Key Accountabilities

• Understanding the role of stock management activities in the O2C flow as well as in context of business, and securing the customer deliveries OTIF

• Understanding the principles of AATP logic and minimizing order level losses within the agreed horizon

• Managing and validating any relevant stock allocation actions

• Collaboration with Integrated Planning Pillar and with Logistics to secure right stock at the right time

• Ensuring the correct delivery notes creation and interface to the warehouse

• Ensure invoice to be issued to customers

Key Responsibilities

• Performing risk assessment and risk management activities

• Performing and validating any relevant stock allocation activities

• Order Confirmation and creating delivery notes

• Collaboration with other functions on stock management related questions and improvements

Key Activities

• Performing and validating any relevant stock allocation activities (Delivery Order)

• Order Confirmation and creating delivery notes (Delivery Order)

• Ensuring proper output to the warehouses (Delivery Order)

• Collaboration with other functions on stock management related questions and improvements

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications/Skills

• Focus on first time right, analytical, attention to detail, solution oriented, forecasting, understanding of processes and technology, understanding customers and their needs

Technology

• SAP ECC, a
ATP, Pega, dashboards analytics and reporting tools,

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong influencing skills and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of SAP & Excel
