Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a skilled and driven Storage Content Developer to join our expanding Services Training, Tools, and IP Development team. In this role, you will create innovative technical content focused on helping Lenovo customers resolve issues independently and optimize their storage solutions. This includes developing customer
- help materials for a wide range of Lenovo products, such as Think
System, Think
Server, System X, Lenovo Storage, and networking solutions. 
You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and other technical content developers to deliver clear, effective, and
- friendly content. The content you produce will be published on platforms like and will assist customers in
- healing, troubleshooting, and maximizing their use of Lenovo’s storage and computing products. 
This is a highly collaborative and
- paced role, requiring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to transform complex technical information into actionable content that meets customer needs. You will also have access to Lenovo’s extensive lab facilities, including hardware resources, production studios for video content development, and a range of software tools to help create diverse content formats.
