As a Storage Premier Technical Support Engineer, you'll provide critical support to enterprise customers, focusing on Lenovo Think
System DE, DM, DG, and DS storage products. Your role involves identifying, diagnosing, replicating, and resolving technical issues promptly. Success requires a proactive,
- motivated approach, strong customer service, and technical
- solving skills.
Proficiency in English and German is required (other languages French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).
Key Qualifications:
SCSI, Ethernet, and NVMe. Experience in Linux, VMware, v
SAN, Windows Server OS, and storage protocols (CIFS, i
SCSI, NFS). Exposure to Kubernetes, Storage OS, SANtricity, SVC, Rest API, and CLI usage.
