Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:





• Plans daily work assignments and periodic rotations for assigned employees to meet objectives. Delegates routine and important tasks.



• Shares responsibility and accountability for schedule, quality of product, and safety with direct reports. Sets clear objectives and measures, monitors progress and results.



• Actively participates in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions. Initiates interviews and selects the best fit candidate.



• Recommends and leads development of updates or new training programs as necessary. Maintains and supports ongoing training programs. Provides tasks and assignments that challenge and stretch employees’ abilities. Conducts regular discussions with employees on personal development. Motivates employees, teams, and project members. Comfortable with empowering others.



• Conducts timely, effective performance reviews in accordance with company guidelines. Regularly meets with assigned employees

- one to verbally review performance. Provides current, direct, complete and
- able feedback that is both constructive and positive.



• Has knowledge of, and consistently and fairly administers and supports company policies, procedures and guidelines.



• Participates on cross functional process improvement teams and implements lean manufacturing principles in assigned work area.

For This Role, You Will Need:



• Bachelor degree (technical degree is an advantage);



• 3-5 years working experience in a production environment



• Previous experience in leading a team



• Communication skills and teamwork;



• Medium level of English



• Excellent decision making skills, proactive attitude;



• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle ERP is an advantage.
