We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be the key person in analyze and implementation the medical software products on our customers.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of windows operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Good knowledge of working with computer peripherals, networks, internet.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• You will need to learn company software and use your skills to implement some custom solutions in operating system and SQL databases.
• Very good understanding the customer specific workflow.
• Diagnose and fix tickets that are reported by our clients.
