Leading a
- functional team to conduct product and process qualifications at suppliers

Monitoring supplier quality performance, analyzing quality incidents and risks, and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures

Initiating and implementing quality improvement programs at suppliers

Integrating
- related aspects into the product development process, promoting early supplier involvement, and ensuring that supplier feedback is considered in product definition

Planning and conducting regular supplier audits

What You Bring

University degree in an engineering/technical field

Qualification as an International Welding Engineer

Several years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Management or Manufacturing

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and testing processes for welded large components

Knowledge of SAP modules in Materials Management and Quality Management

Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are nice to have

Willingness to travel around 20-25%, both nationally and internationally

Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
