Position: Surveillance Team Leader
Location: Bucharest, Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and verify reported incidents, escalate when necessary, and support evaluations or corrective actions.
- Oversee testing and performance assessments of monitoring systems, collaborating with quality assurance and development teams.
- Monitor both digital and physical environments to identify suspicious, irregular, or
- compliant activities. - Maintain accurate logs and reports for incident tracking, performance reviews, and operational transparency.
- Coordinate fair task distribution, manage live escalations, and support
- making during
- priority situations. - Mentor and train team members to ensure skill development and alignment with organizational standards.
- Contribute to performance and incentive reviews by validating task completion and the basis for any corrective measures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- 4–5 years of experience in monitoring, compliance, risk management, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of monitoring tools, surveillance systems, or other relevant technologies.
- Proven analytical skills in detecting patterns, irregularities, or operational risks.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e. g. , Microsoft Office or equivalent), particularly Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in producing structured reports.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays) within a 24/7 operational schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with advanced monitoring or analytical software tools.
- Experience using data visualization or analysis platforms (e. g. , Tableau, SQL).
- Understanding of performance metrics and incentive structures.
