Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the vision of the System Design Métier, driving continuous improvement in performance and productivity. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, HR), oversee team development and project execution, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing the System Design engineering vision, but also building and motivating a
- performing team.
