A Tactical Buyer plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. They meticulously analyze data from diverse sources, preparing insightful reports that enable informed
- making.  

The Tactical Buyer with French and English is responsible for:  

• Preparing detailed reports by analyzing data from multiple sources; 
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specific requirements of clients, with a particular focus on turnaround time; 
• Carrying out instructions provided by
  - level superiors to contribute to the development of
  - term company strategies, while adhering to legal limits; 
• Building and cultivating relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and other third parties; 
• Ensuring effective communication and transparency of reports to superiors in the hierarchy; 
• Facilitating and coordinating
  - imposed processes and procedures.  

The ideal candidate: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point); 
• Advanced French and English language skills (B2 upwards); 
• Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines;
• Quick learner for
  - house and client software; 
• Effective communication and customer relationship skills; 
• Flexible, adaptable, and
  - motivated for personal development; 
• Team player with the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.
