What you'll do?  As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

• Forge Collaborative Relationships: Build robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, elevating the visibility of our Recruitment Team through proactive engagement.
• Strategic Direction: Craft and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside our team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at Vertiv.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop and deliver
  - edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting.
• Streamlined Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights.
• Creative Sourcing: Implement creative solutions to source
  - tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation.
• Exceptional Support: Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team.

• Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in fast paced recruiting delivery and execution with end to end TA lifecycle.  
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively Partner with Business executive and HR Leadership, showcasing a positive, decisive, and
  - thinking approach.
• Strategic Insight: Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.
• Industry Acumen: Sound understanding of similar market sectors, competitors, and adept
  - solving and negotiation skills.
• Business Acumen: Experience with Data Center, Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Manufacturing - Operations, Services and Sales functions will be beneficial
• Resilience and Drive: A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions.
• Recruitment Tools and Platforms - Experience with varied ATS, CRM tools and AI Powered tools.  

Preferred Experience:

• On-Site Proficiency: Experience in
  - site environments or familiarity with
  - site interview demands.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including
  - based interviewing.
