We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Recruitment team. This role will primarily support recruitment for US based positions, requiring a late shift (12 PM – 9 PM local time). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities

Manage the
- cycle recruitment process — from job intake to onboarding — ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.

Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational culture fit.

Conduct
- based interviews and provide robust candidate evaluations and recommendations.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Coordinate the interview and selection process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates in alignment with compensation guidelines and company policies.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of experience managing
- cycle recruitment processes, in a corporate environment.

Proven experience conducting competency‑based interviews and assessing candidates across a range of business functions.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a
- paced environment and manage priorities while supporting hiring needs across time zones.
