In this role you will
Play an integral role in the entire recruitment process, driving the sourcing, attraction, and selection of
- tier candidates for various departments across Web
Beds' core regions. This
- on role will also involve contributing to initiatives around Talent Attraction, Acquisition, and Retention, working to strengthen Web
Beds’ brand and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
You'll engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing through to onboarding, while also supporting retention strategies. Your responsibilities will include determining job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates to maintain a positive and professional experience. Success in this role requires solid experience in recruitment, with a keen ability to identify and attract the right candidates to match the needs of each department.
Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with regional and departmental teams to gather information on key projects, initiatives, events, and successes within the organization on a global level.
• Work with marketing to generate creative and engaging content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and videos, to promote the company's activities and attract top talent.
• Own the careers page & build this out as a key project to revamp & tell our story to prospective talent in an engaging, informative & fun way!
• Create a content calendar to manage the company's social media channels from a talent attraction perspective to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for talent attraction.
• Work closely across the T&C team to align content with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyse the effectiveness of content, utilising data and reports and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay

- date with best practices in talent attraction and content marketing for talent attraction.
• Attend company events & conferences in order to promote our people & latest news to prospective new talent.
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!
• Minimum 5 years of experience across talent attraction and employer branding.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a
- paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and
- solving abilities. Knowledge of recruitment and talent attraction strategies is a plus.
• Highly driven to succeed, ability to multitask & take a pro active approach to your work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal departments globally to build relationships & develop talent attraction strategies to support the Talent Acquisition team.
• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships on a global level.
• Experienced across open days, exhibitions, team days & virtual events to gather content to help promote our EVP.
